The NASDAQ moved up +1.26 percent, +59.67 points to close at 4,809.88.
The S&P 500 gained +1.25 percent, +25.70 points, to close at 2,084.39.
Meanwhile, the Yahoo Manufactured Housing Composite Value (MHCV) edged up +1.15 percent to finish at 1340.4. Active MH-related stocks closed mixed, or even, with Affiliated Managers Group gaining the most, +3.48 percent, +5.64 points, to end the day at $167.58. Northstar slipped more than other tracked stocks, -2.95 percent, -0.42 points to end the day at $13.84.
