A new development that will feature affordable, manufactured housing is set to rise on Horseshoe Bay South near Spiceland, Texas, just west of Austin. Owner of Austin Star Roofing Taurino Diego bought 163 undeveloped lots that he will build out for manufactured homes, along with realtor partner Dana Martin of Lake Friends Realty. As highlandernews tells MHProNews, Martin said, noting the growth in the area, “Nobody could have done this five or six years ago.”
