From Massachusetts and Metro West Daily News, MHProNews.com learns that an affordable housing project long underway will soon bear the fruit in the form of new modular homes. Undertaken by the Sudbury Housing Authority, the project adds affordable housing units without the expensive proposition of buying new land. The project will create six new homes intended for low-income families. According to the report, less than 5 percent of total housing in town is affordable, below the state’s 10 percent requirement.
