The Eutaw (Ala.) City Council in west-central Alabama near the Miss. border has reaffirmed a 2006 ordinance requiring manufactured home owners who want to replace their existing home with a new one to obtain formal approval from the zoning board in advance. Located in west-central Alabama near the Miss. border, MHProNews has learned from greenecountydemocrat the ordinance forbids manufactured homes being sited outside of designated areas within the city limits.
