MHProNews has learned from finance-commerce that Birmingham, Michigan-based Uniprop, a private, forty-year-old real estate and private equity firm has sold the Ardmore Village manufactured home community (MHC) in Lakeville, Minnesota for $7.6 million to an unnamed Illinois buyer.
According to MHVillage, the community, built in 1972, has 339 home sites, and half of the homes are multi-sectional. It is not an age restricted community. Additionally, half of the homes have lap siding, and amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse and other recreational facilities. ##
