The Dow Jones Industrial Average moved up +61.28 points, +0.37 percent, to close at 16,713.58. The Nasdaq advanced +0.43 percent, +18.87 points, to end at 4,453.00, while the S&P 500 nudged up +8.46 points, +0.43 percent, to close at 1,955.18. The Yahoo! Finance Manufactured Housing Composite advanced +1.15 percent to finish at 841.7. Stocks we cover closed mixed or even. Clayton Homes, Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, as well as MH home-building, lending and other housing suppliers parent company Berkshire Hathaway gained the most of tracked stocks as it landed on the other side of 200,000, 202,850 to be exact, gaining +1.62 percent, +3,241.00 points.
