“Patrick M. Byrne is an American entrepreneur who was the CEO of Overstock.com. In 1999, Byrne launched Overstock, after leading two smaller companies, including one owned by Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway,” says Wikipedia.
Byrne is at the center of a recent controversy involving the purported betrayal of President Trump by members of his own ‘team’ of advisers.
Says Byrne, who reportedly did not vote for President Trump per a source on talk radio that is not always accurate, said that the 45th president is being betrayed by some inside the White House. The tweets that follow paint the picture and tell the story in Byrne’s and other’s own words.
In addition, any suggestion if there was talk of a military coup or martial law is also a flat lie. 100% false. I was there for 4 1/2 hours, I heard the entire conversation, that is a 100% fabrication. https://t.co/YloZGhEcpl

This is interesting and may well shed light on why certain aspects of the Trump team’s response to avenues for victory are being less than fully touted. The collage below is by MHProNews, building on a tweet originally by Eric Trump.
This tweet also has data that makes part of the data element of that graphic.
DIIVIDED NATION: 🚨🚨
America is 50 states.
Minus the states in question Trump won 25, Biden won 16.Those states house 2974 counties.
Even with the “votes in question” Trump won 2496, Biden on 477.Trump won 84% of America, Biden “won” 16%.#PickSixCheatBigJoeDid pic.twitter.com/jvE07q8C91
— Kevin McCullough (@KMCRadio) December 21, 2020
While there are those that press the notion that those counties have more voters than ones with lower populations, that does not change the base claim or point being made. Namely, that Biden ‘won’ far fewer counties than President Obama, yet, he still ‘won’ by millions of votes?
Biden supporters seem to be really losing their minds at how angry they get when you tell them that Biden “won” only 16% of the counties. They get even angry about that, than the fact that they are all supporting a cheater—who’s ok with the cheating.#PickSixCheatBigJoeDid pic.twitter.com/yAauJYWxmk

Trump’s problem was he never truly had a good Wartime Consigliere for his 2016 Campaign and Administration. He had General Flynn, but I think they were woefully unprepared for the treachery of the Deep State Swamp and their Media sycophants.

Where Business, Politics and Investing Can Meet
“Christopher Ruddy is the CEO and majority owner of Newsmax Media, which publishes Newsmax.com and broadcasts the Newsmax TV network,” says Wikipedia.
Newsmax has certainly been more open and fair to the Trump campaign and its post-election challenges than many others in mainstream media, including previously more-Trump friendly Fox News.
— Christopher Ruddy (@ChrisRuddyNMX) December 21, 2020
On Sunday, December 20, 2020 at 10:13 PM, Ruddy published a column that began as follows.
Donald Trump’s late father Fred loved quoting a poem by Edgar Guest, one he kept framed on his desk.
It read, in part, “Success is failure turned inside out – The silver tint of the clouds of doubt, You can never tell how close you are, It may be near when it seems so far; So stick to the fight when you’re hardest hit – It’s when things seem worst that you must not quit.”
For Fred’s son, the key to winning was always about never quitting, even to the bitter end.
It’s no surprise then that our President is fighting to that very last moment.”
Ruddy goes on to explain that his network has not called Biden “president elect” until the electoral college certified the vote on December 14, 2020. It is worth noting that several of his opinion-news anchors at night qualified that, such as Greg Kelly, saying they thought that President Trump could still pull it out.
That noted, back to Ruddy’s op-ed.
“Trump has been a victim of media malpractice from the start.
A key factor why Biden took the battleground states with razor-thin margins was due to the media’s suppression polls. These polls showed Biden winning in a landslide, dampening donor and voter support for Trump.
The Fox News Poll was particularly harmful, whose final polls had Biden winning by 10 points (he won the popular vote by 4.)
Now the great contest is almost played out and will be final on January 6th, 2021 when Congress accepts the Electoral College result.”
Much of that was fine, until that point. But that is where a distinction must be drawn. It is certainly possible that Congress will ‘accept’ the “Electoral College result” from the disputed states. But it is also possible, entirely legal, and arguably obligatory for Republican Congressional Representatives and Senators to vote NOT to accept the slate of votes from disputed battleground states where serious evidence of voter fraud exists.
Indeed, the argument can and should be made that it would be entirely wrong for the GOP Senators and Congressional Representatives to faked or fraudulent votes. Among the reasons the Electoral College system exists is precisely to act as a safeguard when something goes wrong with voting. There have been numerous disputes discussed by Congress, with two brought by Democrats in 2016 and 2000. Put differently, this is not new to challenge a slate of electors from a given state. In 2000, Democrats challenged Florida’s electoral vote slate in favor of George W. Bush. They simply didn’t have the support necessary.
That is why this comes down to voters lighting a file under their elected officials. As was noted previously, this sums it up.
Pass that on to every pro-Trump person you know. To learn more, see the related reports.
