A ‘laid off pipeline worker’ – Neal Crabtree – said to Fox Business: “I don’t know how bad they want the country to suffer before they realize that you can’t force everybody to go on green energy.” Art Moore, writing for the WND News Center, cited that in a report that lays out Joe Biden’s campaign promises – complete with videos – along side the outcomes of those campaign promises Biden kept. More on that will follow in the MHProNews analysis, as fuel is a key element in the cost of manufactured housing for consumers just as it fuel costs are in an array of other industries. Laid-off pipeline worker rips Biden’s denial about oil production
President [Biden] sought to ‘debunk myth’ he curbed output on federal land

President Biden declared in a speech Wednesday it was a “myth” that his administration has slowed oil production or made it harder for energy companies to increase production.
That didn’t sit well with former Keystone XL pipeline welder Neal Crabtree, who was among hundreds of workers laid off hours after the president canceled the federal permit for the pipeline on his first day in office, Jan. 20, 2021. The project would have transported 830,000 barrels of oil per day from Canada to Texas. In addition, on day one, Biden placed a temporary moratorium on oil and gas activity in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge.
“I don’t know how he gets away with keep saying that he doesn’t have anything to do with [high gas prices] when they’ve got everything to do with it,” Crabtree said in a Fox Business interview.
In remarks at the White House on Wednesday, Biden said: “Let’s debunk some myths here. My administration has not stopped or slowed U.S. oil production. Quite the opposite.”

However, in his executive order canceling the pipeline permit, Biden said the U.S. would prioritize the “development of a clean energy economy” instead of oil and natural gas production.
Along with canceling Keystone and suspending ANWR drilling, on Jan. 27, 2021, Biden halted new oil and gas leases on public lands, and on June 1, 2021 suspended oil and gas leases. In February 2022, his administration delayed decisions on new oil gas leases and permits, and in May canceled three oil and gas lease sales.
During the Democratic presidential primary campaign, Biden vowed: “No more drilling on federal lands. No more drilling, including offshore. No ability for the oil industry to continue to drill. Period.”

Clearly, Biden has recognized the U.S. has fallen short of its demand for oil.
Earlier this month, his administration turned to Venezuela for help after accusing OPEC+ of siding with Russia in its decision to make the largest cut in oil production, 2 million barrels a day, since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. Saudi Arabia, which rejected Biden’s “fist bump diplomacy” request in June to boost oil production, said last week the Biden administration asked OPEC+ to delay the decision on oil output until after the midterm elections.
Crabtree told Fox Business that in his industry, man hours have been cut more than half.
“It’s not just Keystone. Ever since day one — I can name you dozens of other pipelines that we were expecting to build here in the last couple of years, and they can’t get the permits,” he said.
Fox Business, citing the Energy Information Administration, reported that while oil production on leased federal lands and waters increased to 12 million barrels of oil per day last week, it remains more than a million barrels per day lower than its pre-pandemic level from March 2020.
Along with canceling oil lease sales, the Biden administration has introduced impediments to new pipeline construction.
And significantly, in keeping with its policy of rapidly transitioning to “renewable” energy and, the administration has supported financial disclosure rules requiring private sector companies to reveal “climate risk” data.
“It ain’t just, you know, the canceling of pipelines. It’s behind-the-scenes stuff – pressuring banks and lenders not to finance fossil fuel projects,” Crabtree told Fox Business. “But the main problem that our industry is having is they’ve got such a stranglehold on the permit process.”
Crabtree pointed out that energy companies seeking to expand or build refineries face regulatory obstacles, noting Democrats and environmentalists “just aren’t going to let it happen.”
“I don’t know how bad they want the country to suffer before they realize that you can’t force everybody to go on green energy,” he said.
Two months after taking office, in March 2021, the Biden EPA withdrew a key permit for an oil refinery on the island of St. Croix, citing “environmental justice’ concerns
Biden’s effort to lower gasoline prices has centered on releasing oil from the U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve. On Wednesday, he announced the release of another 15 million barrels. Already, more than a quarter of the stock has been released, draining the reserves to the lowest level since 1984.
‘Put them out of business’
At the White House on Wednesday, Fox News White House correspondent Peter Doocy asked press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre to explain how Biden expected oil companies to lower gas prices after vowing to end fossil fuels and “put them out of business.”
Jean-Pierre said gas companies are making record profits “while more than 9,000 approved drilling permits remain untapped by the oil industry.”
“There is no shortage of opportunity or incentive for oil companies to ramp up production,” she said. “This is something that they can actually do. It is available to them. They can do this, and also they are getting the profits.”
While more than 9,000 approved permits are unused, oil companies can’t merely begin drilling and produce oil and gas, argues the Independent Petroleum Association of America, the IPAA.
The IPAA explains that about 25% of the leases are embroiled in a “complex regulatory process or are held up in litigation.”
And there are economic factors that cause oil companies to delay use of the permits, related to the cost of drilling and the price of oil. Supply chain problems and staffing shortages also have caused delays, with some companies waiting six months for key materials.

Additional Information with MHProNews Analysis in Brief, Followed by Daily Business News on MHProNews Report #2
The notion of one or more key government officials acting in a manner that could ‘put an industry out of business’ out to send chills down the spines of every independent manufactured housing professional. One must keep in mind that if it can be done to someone else, to someone else’s livelihood or profession, it could happen to you or those you know too. Yet that is precisely what Joe Biden said he would do. That’s not a partisan notion, it is a question of what is right or wrong. Then it is a matter of how it should be avoided. Anything that has happened before can happen again, said fellow Democrat James “Jim” Clyburn in speaking about the importance of understanding and studying history.
Even a basic understanding history and the fundamentals of the law of supply and demand can help people of all walks of life to more successfully navigate troubling situations. MHProNews projected last summer, while gas prices were in decline, that the cost of oil, gas, and thus fuel and energy costs would soon begin to rise. At first, the cost of gas at the pump continued to fall modestly before the MHProNews projected cost increase kicked in. The reasons for our projection weren’t magic. Rather, it was simple knowledge of the laws of supply and demand plus some understanding of how the marketplace usually works.
When Biden cut the Keystone and hamstrung other aspect of the U.S. oil and gas industry, the inevitable result was going to be higher gas prices. That has contributed to ‘inflation,’ which American voters have been saying in poll after poll is a big issue for them, often the top issue for likely voters.
To the points raised in Art Moore’s report, the illusion of a green energy program is also being revealed. What Biden and numbers of other administration and key allies have been engaged in is arguably a case of the Big Lie at work. The Big Lies is defined below. This is hardly the first time the Big Lie has been deployed in recent years, another example follows.
Both Team Biden and OPEC+ are engaged in a massive geo-political election interference campaign. No doubt some voters will be fooled, that is simply the law of averages playing out, plus the habit of millions to vote Democratic no matter what.
But when Green Energy proponents – individuals who are not MAGA Republicans or right leaning independents – say that several of the promises made by the green energy backers are myths, paltering, or spin that should be a clue that millions are being seduced by years of propaganda on this topic.
A key element of that problem is highlighted in the next report from the WND News Center to MHProNews. Ironically, it involves an issue that MHProNews has highlighted periodically for some years via this quotation from the late black rights activist, Malcom X.
“The media’s the most powerful entity on earth. They have the power to make the innocent guilty and to make the guilty innocent, and that’s power. Because they control the minds of the masses.” Malcolm X. #MalcolmXDay pic.twitter.com/fhX6v7HjOK

Poll: Americans say ‘biggest threat to democracy’ is the NEWS MEDIA!
Biden not far behind
By Bob Unruh Published October 20, 2022 at 3:42pm
For more than six years – since he launched his presidential campaign – legacy media corporations and Democrats have been trying to paint President Trump and his supporters as some sort of threat to America.
Joe Biden has called them “semi-facists,” and Nancy Pelosi has called them “stupid.” Hillary Clinton probably got that campaign started when she called them “deplorables.”
But talk about a big backfire.
A new report from Just the News cites a New York Times/Siena poll that reveals among voters who believe democracy is under threat, 84% say the “media” is the biggest threat. Fifty-nine percent say the press is a “major threat” and another 25% say it’s minor.
Also, 60% say Joe Biden is a threat, with 38% calling him a “major threat” and another 22% calling him a “minor threat.”
The poll also confirmed the years-long campaign to tarnish Trump and destroy his reputation has left behind 70% who view him as a threat to democracy, with 45% describing that threat as “major.”
Just the News reported, “Despite efforts by Democrats, allied press to paint Trump and ‘MAGA Republicans’ as threats to democracy, nearly as many in survey view President Biden as authoritarian threat as they do his predecessor.”
The Democrats and media colluded, in fact, to promote the now-debunked conspiracy theory from the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Department of Justice that Trump’s 2016 campaign colluded with Russia.
The media and Democrats continued that false narrative for years of his first presidency.
Recently the FBI launched a SWAT raid on Trump’s home over what apparently was a dispute over paperwork.
Media personalities openly attacked Trump throughout his presidency, earning his conclusion that they are actually an enemy of the people.
Then there were the Democrats’ two failed impeach-and-remove campaigns against Trump, and what many observers say actually is a third try – Pelosi’s partisan Jan. 6 commission that has been searching for statements to use against Trump over the Jan. 6, 2021, riot at the Capitol.
At the same time, it has steadfastly declined to review evidence regarding Pelosi’s own liability, for her refusal of Trump’s offer of National Guard troops for that day, as she bears some responsibility as House speaker for the safety of the Capitol.
Just the News described the poll results as “stunning.”
But it noted there recently have been other polls “suggesting that by seeking to investigate, prosecute, and stigmatize their political opponents as anti-democratic ‘extremists,’ Biden and other Democrats are arousing fears among voters that it is they themselves who are acting in heavy-handed ways alien to the American democratic tradition.”
Seventy-one percent of registered voters think “American democracy is currently under threat,” and the percentages for the media and Biden were of those totals.
Just the News noted, of the poll, “This attitude toward the media was strikingly bipartisan, with 95% of Republicans, 83% of independents, and 70% of Democrats calling the press a threat.”
The report noted the media’s coverage of the FBI raid on Trump’s home “in key ways” “resembled how the press previously covered now-debunked allegations of collusion between Russia and the Trump campaign to sway the 2016 presidential election, with journalists prematurely weaving a narrative of Trump’s guilt resting on flimsy underpinnings of anonymous government leaks and innuendo.”
Biden and his allies in Congress repeatedly have condemned Trump and his supporters as dangers to America. They’ve repeatedly claimed democracy itself is at stake.
Yet they were the team players who tried to characterize parents concerned about leftist ideologies invading classrooms as domestic terrorists. And they’re the ones ignoring some 160 criminal attacks on churches and crisis pregnancy centers.
The report pointed out, “Perhaps most infamously, Biden last month delivered a speech in Philadelphia vilifying Trump and the Make America Great Again movement aligned with him. ‘Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our Republic,’ he declared.”
Polls showed a majority of Americans considered his rant itself as divisive and dangerous. ##
Decades have elapsed since Malcolm X said, “The media’s the most powerful entity on earth. They have the power to make the innocent guilty and to make the guilty innocent, and that’s power. Because they control the minds of the masses.” Paralegal Wendy Sears, via Quora, made the following commentary on his observation. While the hyperbole and interesting typo are in the original, with Sears, X, or most others, the ancient biblical principle of separating the wheat from the chaff ought to be applied.
Anybody who has watched half of an entire country fall into a frothing rage at the sight of Donald Trump, even as he turned out to be the best thing to happen to the country in my lifetime, and even as he endured daily lies and defamation of his character in everything he did. What the media did to Trump was to completely rewrite what he said, mischaracterize everything he did, and what they didn’t report about falsely, they ignored, choosing to keep Americans who believed them and their deceitful Fake News in a state of permanent anger at Trump’s imaginary persona.
Not surprisingly, even those who say they hate Donald Triump and mean it are hard-pressed to name actions he actually took while President—policy issues, decisions, procedures, anything—-with which they actually disagree. It takes considerable skill to so effectively brainwash the public that they literally can’t tell you what the man did wrong as President. All they know is that they hate him so much they will break off relationships, cancel best friends, consider moving to another country permanently if he ever becomes POTUS again, and they may have already done any or all of those things. They will listen to no facts contradicting their position. Period.
Such a result, given its total failure to reflect reality, this effect on so many members of the public is extraordinary and could only have been accomplished—and maintained to this day—by an extremely powerful propaganda machine, also known as the MSM (mainstream media). I know of nothing and no one else that could have done it.
This is why Trump said “the Fake News is the enemy of the people.” What could be more detrimental to the American public than something which convinces them that what they thought good is bad, and what they believe bad is good? You can’t get any more fundamentally dangerous than that. An enemy, indeed.” So said paralegal Wendy Bell.
Combine the ills of ‘fake news’ – which often applies paltering, spin, or ignoring facts and events that are relevant to several key discussions in U.S. politics – with the problems caused by Big Tech, and someone has the makings of institutional failures. But those failures are not mere happenstance, they are apparently deliberate. For instance, the same Democratic Party supporting media and big tech that put Biden into office is part of the powerful ‘cabal’ that left-leaning Time writer Molly Ball bragged cost Trump his 2020 campaign re-election.
So, media’s ability to influence is hardly the only factor. It is, nevertheless, part of the “tapestry of lies” that Nobel Prize winner spoke about in his 2005 acceptance speech. According to Pinter: “What surrounds us therefore is a vast tapestry of lies, upon which we feed.” He cited the Bush Administration’s faked narrative to invade Iraq, but also noted that in 1958 he had made a similar point, decades before Bush became president.
Big lies, paltering, “deception and misdirection” have been around since the time of Adam and Eve and their being tempted by the serpent-like Satan the Devil in the Garden of Eden. The whole truth is the enemy of the lie or ‘half-truth’ that paltering often later discovered to be.
Danny Ghorbani, the founding President and CEO of MHARR, and a former multi-year Manufactured Housing Institute (MHI) vice president recently praised the factual and evidence-based reports and analysis provided by MHProNews.
One must be willing to learn what is true and what is false. “Industry News, Tips, and Views Pros Can Use”© has value only to those who seek to absorb, live, and act upon what is true.
Former POTUS George W. Bush (R) was president #43. President #44 was Barack H. Obama (D). While blasting several of Bush’s foreign policy initiatives while campaigning, Obama effectively kept many of them in place or even added to them by bombing and using missile strikes against more countries than at any time since World War II, newsman turned pundit Chris Plante likes to say.
Yes, there is a possible red wave coming that could sweep Democrats out of power in the U.S. House and possible the U.S. Senate too in the approaching 2022 midterm election. Something similar happened under Barack Obama’s term, when after less than 2 years in the White House, voters ejected dozens of House Democrats and turned that legislative body back to Republican control.
But what is needed is a populist movement that recognizes that it isn’t just party labels or what happens during election season. The price of freedom is eternal vigilance. See the reports linked to learn more, because as important as ‘voting all Democrats out’ in 2022 (as a road-side sign in Polk County FL spotted yesterday proclaimed) may be, the heat must be kept on both so-called “America First” and Americans First Republicans but also on Democrats that remain in office. Voters must keep the heat on because without heat, politicians often cave into special interests.
Democrats and influence-buying billionaires and their corporate interests have been joined at the hip for decades. Growing numbers of voters are seeing this connection, which even pro-Democratic media operations admit is a reality.
That said, step one is for legal voters to vote legally and intelligently. Step two is to hold public officials to account. It will be a process to reclaim the American Dream. It didn’t slip through millions of fingers overnight, and it won’t be restored in a single vote. Prayer and correct actions are needed, or what the ancients used to say after the time of Christ: “Ora et Labora.” Prayer and good work. Not to minimize Christian belief, but to underscore the point that people around the world through much of human history believed that deception, lies, and manipulation are wrong. The sampling of the statements below indicate that time tested notion which applies to our era as well as all others.
The way to combat the big lies and its contemporary allies is by hammering away, day by day, ‘with the Gospel truth.’
PS: the rent a protestor and related resources is another piece of the puzzle that needs to be more widely understood. See the two reports below to learn more.
