Based upon an informed source, there is word that Legacy Housing (LEGH) will be returning it’s controversial SBA backed Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan.
The thrust of the message from a well-placed source to MHProNews reads as follows:
“Tony, if you want to be first, you’ll have to work this evening.
Legacy will be giving back its PPP loan.
I’ll send you our official statement when it’s ready.”
If that proves true, MHProNews will update this post with that official statement. The same source indicates that Neal Suit, the corporate attorney, is drafting that official statement and “It’s likely to be in tomorrow’s NYT.”
