Bulldozing Hoppers mobile home park in Sandusky OH has begun, the SanduskyRegister tells MHProNews. Joe Yost allegedly allowed water bills to go unpaid for years. Those bills are said to total $260,000, and were given as the reason by city officials to turn off the water last August 1 to residents. Sandusky fire Chief Paul Ricci said the bull dozing should be complete in about five days. Yost was arrested in October on two counts of felony theft. Residents apparently lacked the means to legally stop the city’s actions. ##
