MHProNews has learned from 9news that Jefferson County, Colorado-based Caddis Capital Investments LLC has acquired two manufactured home communities (MHCs) in Arizona. The 210 home site Mesa Village in Mesa, AZ and the 169 home site El San Juan MHC in Peoria were purchased for $16.6 million.
While the seller was not identified, Inspire Properties was the previous owner.
MHProNews has learned that Caddis acquired two MHCs back in Sept. of 2015 for $7.725 million. Chancellor’s is a 121 home site community in Fountain, CO just south of Colorado Springs, offering breathtaking views of Pikes Peak and the Sangre de Cristo mountain range.
Woodland is situated on the Lewis River in the Northern Vancouver, Washington suburb also named Woodland. The area is know as the Gateway to Mount St. Helens, and most of the homes have fishing docks. ##
