Chicago, IL.  Allegations circulated by email claimed a second Capital First Realty property, Sunset Village in Glenview, IL, may be closed as a manufactured home community.  The email from an unidentified source alleged that letters were issued from the bankruptcy court to residents, giving them one year to vacate.  While this emailed message was later modified, distancing the originally stated concern, Capital First Realty made an official response to the allegation, as follows:

“There have been unfounded and malicious statements made by an unknown party regarding the future of Sunset Village MHC. The allegations are completely unfounded.  The commitment made to the long term future of Sunset Village MHC is obvious by the multi-million dollar investment made in the property over the past few years.”   This written statement to MHMSM.com was confirmed by a high level Corporate source at Capital First Realty.
