Chicago, IL.  Allegations have been circulating by email that Sterling Estates in Justice, IL will be closed as a manufactured housing community.  The email alleges that letters have gone out from the bankruptcy court to residents, giving them 1 year to vacate.  The email further alleges that residents were also informed they must keep all their loan payments current to the “captive finance company that financed the homes.”  MHMSM.com has checked with a source at the Sterling Estates property that denied the rumor.  A high level corporate source has also flatly denied the allegations in a written statement to MHMSM.com.
