The Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 117.86 points to close at 18,613.52.

The S&P 500 added 10.30 points to close at 2,185.79.

NASDAQ edged upwards 23.81 points ending at 5,228.40.

The Yahoo Manufactured Housing Composite Value (MHCV) recovered losses with an upwards drive of +11.22 points to finish 1,384.60. The MH-related stocks biggest loser was Skyline Corporation with -3.44% drop closing at $10.10 and the biggest gainer was Cavco Industries, Inc. with a +2.02 point climb closing at $99.19.
