The McCook (Nebraska) City Council approved a request for Robert and Sharon Harvey to purchase two city-owned lots for $5,000 in order to site their manufactured home near the Red Willow County Fairgrounds, according to mccookgazette.com. McCook is in south central Nebraska very near the Kansas border, MHProNews.com has learned.  The property has been vacant for 20 years without any other expressed interest in the site. ##
