From Minnesota, Montevideo American-News reports that the city council recently approved resolutions calling on the owners of multiple homes in the Northdale Community manufactured housing community to make repairs and improvements to the homes. According to the report, the resolutions followed examination by council members of inspection reports by the city building inspector.  The city says four of the structures will have to be demolished while the other 15 are “salvageable.”
