Consumers who purchase an Energy Smart Home™ from Clayton Homes between now and Aug. 29 will receive up to $3,000.00 towards their first year’s utility bills, according to what virtualpressoffice informs MHProNews. Clayton CEO Kevin Clayton said, “We’re going to give consumers a jumpstart on those savings by providing an incentive that they can use toward paying their utility bills for the first years.”
Features of the Smart Home include a programmable thermostat, low emissive double pane windows that prevent ultra violet rays from entering the home, R-33/11/22 insulation and additional sealant around seams and ductwork that further insulate the home.
As CEO Clayton said, “The Energy Smart Home™ is going to give you more money to spend on your own family, instead of your power company.”
Clayton is the largest producer of manufactured homes in North America. ##
