The 2013 Tunica Manufactured Housing Show is the largest of its kind in the nation and is proud to be part of the Southeast region. Manufactured housing is an efficient and affordable way to build both for our region of the country and across the United States as well. The Tunica Manufactured Housing Trade Show showcases this building technology and wants to thank all of the exhibitors who make the show a success each year.
The Tunica Show has been in existence for 15 years. Our annual show brings out an array of new manufactured home designs, the latest in technology, the best in suppliers’ offerings and a look at all the newest amenities and system-build options the industry can offer. The Tunica Manufactured Housing Show has distinguished itself as the largest manufactured housing show in the world! It is an ‘industry only’ event that means that professionals can relax and focus on how to build their business.
“We were pleased with the results of last year’s show for all of our exhibitors, retailers, builder/developers, community owners/operators, and installers,” said Keith Bennett, SCMHI Chairman for the 2013 Tunica Manufactured Housing Show. “The show provides numerous “opportunities to network”, as well as an opportunity for serious buyers to move forward with new and existing business relationships.”
The show, which drew 1,023 retailers this past year, remains the leading industry event … covering an expansive region which stretches from Illinois all the way to East Texas. The 2013 show is scheduled for March 27 – 29, 2013.
We will once again use QMS of Alpharetta, GA to facilitate our online registration. Their web link service provides fast and efficient registration both before and during the show. QMS is a service organization dedicated to the goal of providing our shows with an overall registration package that meets or exceeds all of their needs and expectations.
Showcase Of Homes
In 2013, over 80 new model homes are expected to be featured at the show. The models will offer a firsthand look at the latest technology, conveniences, efficiency, and state-of-the-art design modifications that have been developed during the past year. The don’t-miss showcase of homes is an essential element in getting a firsthand view for retailers and builder/developers as they head into the spring selling season. Innovation is more important than ever and the showcase of homes makes certain that everyone sees, understands and can fully utilize the new technology found in our homes.
“The Tunica Show is an ideal opportunity to meet and network with exhibitors to develop new business relationships, the latest in educational seminars to enhance your business and a really fun destination with show festivities planned that will add to an already great show,” noted Gene Rogers, SCMHI Show Chairman for 2013.
Service and supplier exhibitors will number in the 100’s for the 2013 show. Supplier exhibitors are critical to our industry, providing vital services and products to the manufactured housing industry. Each year, this group of exhibitors showcases the newest technology, products and services that can be utilized by our industry.
“We depend upon each other within this industry and our service and supplier exhibitors ensure that everything that goes into building our manufactured housing products are superior,” Bennett said. “Their expertise across many areas translates into the best-built products.”

On The Schedule Again
Continuing the excitement that accompanies another year at the world’s largest manufactured housing show, there are two free lunches that will be provided for attendees. The lunches offer a convenient and delicious way to luncheon at the show site and maximize your time. They will be held in the official SCMHI Hospitality Tent in the Manufacturer’s Exhibit Area. The annual Bloody Mary Mixer will be held Thursday morning, March 28th as a casual start to that day’s show schedule in the service & supplier exhibit area.
One of the ways we want to show our appreciation is through the exciting Sponsorship Program.
Sponsorships are an excellent brand builder for show exhibitors and offer an attractive array of special items at each level. As in previous years, the sponsorships include Gold, Silver and Bronze options and provide the levels of brand exposure that may fit best with an exhibitor’s marketing plan and budget. The shows past sponsors have been a key part of the success of each event. Sponsorship allows all of our sponsors to get the recognition and attendee awareness that are well deserved.
The show plans to provide NEW AND EXCITING SEMINARS. Stay tuned for more information about what seminars will be offered and how you can sign up.
An Exciting Town
When show hours conclude, you have a city that offers a wide variety of entertainment and fine food. Tunica is the third largest gambling destination in the country, and boasts 9 world-class casinos.
