GC Blackstone, a commercial and residential building and development company subsidiary of Concordis Group, Inc. (CNGI:OTC) is planning a micro modular apartment building in Dallas with 60 units to address the need for affordable housing in this high cost market. Designed for the urban millennial, the housing will offer the convenience of being close to work, public transportation and entertainment, according to prnewswire.
The goal is to make the Blackstone Micro Tower a brand name for upscale modular apartments building that feature high ceilings, glass walls, high tech convertible interiors and balconies that will deliver style and convenience to the affordable housing market.
Blackstone is currently seeking sites in Dallas and Los Angeles to develop its cookie cutter formula, MHProNews has learned. The modular units will be built to company specs by a yet-to-be-chosen producer or producers selected from the hundreds of modular builders available. GC Blackstone is based in Dallas. ##
