Deer Valley Homebuilders (DVLY) Stock Update – Market Spotlight Report
Glancing at some recent financial news about DVLY, it was immediately clear that the market writers had only a quick, vague, numbers eye-view of Deer Valley Homebuilders. It also seemed those OTC market writers commenting on DVLY in the last few days had little understanding of manufactured housing, and the industry’s trends.
Since it’s been about 2 months since our last peek at DVLY, we thought today would be a good day to graphically demonstrate just what’s happening at the firm, by the numbers.
Then, we can recap some facts that the industry’s investors should be considering, based upon the industry’s realities.
Some fast facts to consider.
· Post-Harvey, our industry sources (not counting Deer Valley) have told us that orders are surging, as would be expected.
· With Hurricane Irma coming up rapidly, and projections are that Florida, Georgia and the Carolinas could all be impacted.
· Other sources, plus market voices, tell us that building materials will be rising, but that will be true for site builders and factory builders alike. That should be relatively even.
· As DVLY told us, they are part of a buyers group that helps keep their material pricing more competitive.
Having laid eyes on the product many times, worked with retailers and consumers that know the DVLY product, this is a firm well worth investigating.
