The NASDAQ slipped -0.21 percent, -10.44 points to close at 4895.79
The S&P 500 also edged down -0.18 percent, -3.79 points, to close at 2,087.79.
Meanwhile, the Yahoo Manufactured Housing Composite Value (MHCV) fell -2.47 percent to finish at 1356.3. Most active MH-related stocks closed up or even, with Deer Valley advancing more than any other active stock, +26.19 percent, +0.13 points, to end the day at $0.65. Universal Forest Products fell the most of active stocks, dropping -5.07 percent, the most of active tracked stocks, -4.36 points, to close at $81.63.
