MHProNews has learned from postregister that realtor Kevin Murray of Keller Williams of Idaho Falls, Idaho told the the Jefferson County Commission that developers have expressed an interest in building a medium-sized manufactured home community (MHC) in Jefferson County but they have no direction on developing an MHC.

“You currently have no zone that allows for manufactured home parks,” he said. Commissioner Brian Farnsworth responded that the biggest concern was water and sewer services for the project. The Commission decided they will ask the county planning and zoning board for input on the matter. ##
