The markets are soaring to new highs. But we have all seen this sugar-high market dance before, right? Pre-COVID and pre-2008, markets were riding high only to crash from arguably foreseeable developments.
There are developing issues that are impacting businesses, including manufactured housing, which include:
- The 2020 election challenges and the tax/regulatory environment that follows its final outcome.
- China, which is interwoven into business, political, and COVID19 related issues.
- Concerns over antitrust, which is just one of several big tech, big media, and big money related topics that impact the U.S. and manufactured housing.
Let’s peer this evening into just some of these.
Investigative reporter Catherine Herridge now with CBS News, but previously with Fox News, tweeted this out today regarding one aspect of the ongoing post-election legal and fraud allegation controversies.
#OriginalReporting No intelligence so far has shown that a foreign adversary or criminal group had the ability to change voting results, Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe says in an exclusive interview with @CBS_Herridge pic.twitter.com/Y4yWbFjliS
— Catherine Herridge (@CBS_Herridge) December 4, 2020
The Director of National Intelligence (DNI) John Ratcliffe told Herridge, that China’s modus operandi is to “Rob, Replicate + Replace” from U.S. companies in order to undermine and ultimately compete with them. The headline comments comes from the video clip below.

It is entirely open to question how long a Biden presidency, if it were to come to pass, would last.

Beyond that, the issues over China are arguably just one of several vulnerable Hunter-Biden-China-compromised Joe Biden is facing, should he come into the Oval Office in January 2021.
Because the Durham probe has now been turned into a special counsel, that too has implication for a possible Biden Administration.

Pivoting from those items is the fact that President Trump is apparently nowhere near conceding the race.
Some of the tweets from President Trump’s Twitter feed this evening are election focused, others are big tech focused. The tweet below provides a snapshot of evidence from the Thomas More Society Amistad Project, which is litigating election integrity issues independent of the Trump Campaign legal team.

Despite the fact that numerous sources in mainstream media have downplayed the concerns raised by reports like the one linked below, there appears to be increasing evidence of purportedly illegal behavior that aimed at giving the Biden-Harris Democratic ticket the win through various types of voter fraud. One example that has been called a “smoking gun” video is featured in the report linked below.
While the outcome of these challenges is clearly yet to be determined, it goes to the point that Newsmax, One America News, The Epoch Times and some others in media who have not ‘called’ the race, due to the disputes still pending in key battleground states.

Additionally, the Trump Administration has been pushing for more controls over big tech.

Where Business, Politics and Investing Can Meet
The White House provided these “West Wing Reads” for today to MHProNews.
US Hopes to Vaccinate 20m This Year, 100m by End of February
-New York Post
“If vaccines from Pfizer and Moderna soon get emergency approval—as expected—20 million of the most vulnerable Americans could get shots by the end of the year,” Lee Brown reports. “Another 30 million could get shots in January and then 50 million in February—possibly even more if other leading vaccine candidates get approved by then, too.”
China Is National Security Threat No. 1
-The Wall Street Journal
“The People’s Republic of China poses the greatest threat to America today, and the greatest threat to democracy and freedom world-wide since World War II,” National Intelligence Director John Ratcliffe writes. “Beijing is preparing for an open-ended period of confrontation with the U.S. Washington should also be prepared.”
Trump Administration Sues Facebook, Alleges Company Discriminated Against U.S. Workers
-The Hill
Following a nearly two-year investigation, the Justice Department believes “Facebook created a separate hiring process for certain temporary immigration status holders, such as H-1B visa holders, and alleges Facebook did not consider U.S. workers for more than 2,600 positions,” Rebecca Klar reports. “Our message to all employers—including those in the technology sector—is clear: you cannot illegally prefer to recruit, consider, or hire temporary visa holders over U.S. workers,” an Assistant Attorney General said.
To Reform Health Insurance, Let Employees Rather Than Bureaucrats Be in Charge
-The Federalist
“In addition to the lack of portability—when people lose their job, they generally lose their health coverage—employer-provided health insurance also tends to raise health costs,” Christopher Jacobs writes. “Thankfully, regulations put into place by the Trump administration will solve the portability problem, while also working to realign incentives in ways that will make the health-care system more efficient.”
Trump to Award Wrestling Legend Dan Gable the Presidential Medal of Freedom
-Fox News
“President Trump will award Olympic gold medalist and college wrestling legend Dan Gable the Presidential Medal of Freedom on Monday,” Ryan Gaydos reports. “The president awards such honors to ‘individuals who have made especially meritorious contributions to the security or national interests of the United States, to world peace, or to cultural or other significant public or private endeavors.’”
