On the Big Board:

The NASDAQ slipped +0.19 percent, -8.77 points to close at 4,708.25
The S&P 500 also edged up, +0.09 percent, +1.77 points, to end at 2,001.76.
Meanwhile, the Yahoo Manufactured Housing Composite Value (MHCV) slipped -0.65 percent to finish at 1131.9. Active MH-related stocks closed mixed or even in today’s trading. Northstar Realty Finance gained the most, +1.93 percent, +0.25 points, to close at 13.19. Affiliated Managers Group. lost the most of active tracked stocks, -1.07 percent, -1.64 points to close at 151.58.
