The Nasdaq moved up +1.22 percent, +47.89 points, to close at 3,969.96, while the S&P gained 14.48 points, +0.81 percent, to finish at 1,795.85. The Yahoo! Finance Manufactured Housing Composite dropped -0.46 percent to close at 686.9. All of the housing stocks we track in today’s trading closed up or even, except Nobility Homes, which fell -5.00 percent, -0.50, to close at 9.50.
