The Dow closed up .52 percent on news of rebounding commodity prices to close at 12,695.92, as housing stocks all closed up or even. Palm Harbor Homes led the charge with a gain of 8.70 percent, followed by Skyline Corporation up 2.53 percent, Cavco gained 1.60 percent, Nobility Homes was up 1.18 percent, UMH gained .59 percent, MSCI was up .40 percent and ELS gained .20 percent. Deer Valley was flat for the day. The Manufactured Housing Composite also moved up 1.83 percent to close at 1126.0.
