The Dow gained 128.21 points on the day to close at 12,569.79, even though the month showed an overall loss of less than two percent since May 1.   Housing stocks were also on the plus side.  Palm Harbor Homes ended the day up 13.64 percent, Deer Valley climbed 11.11 percent, Skyline Corporation gained 3.28 percent, Sun Communities ended the day up 2.73 percent, MSCI moved up 1.97 percent, Cavco Industries gained 1.58 percent, and ELS gained .95 percent.  Nobility Homes was unchanged.  The Manufactured Housing Composite added 2.14 percent to end the month at 1135.40.
