The Dow fell 83.93 points to close at 12,723.58 as news of less than expected job creation in April took its toll, as housing stocks closed mixed.  MSCI gained 2.29 percent, and Cavco was up 1.57 percent.  Nobility Homes lost 2.77 percent, and Equity Lifestyle Properties fell .51 percent.  Palm Harbor, Sun Communities, Skyline Corporation, and Deer Valley were all flat.  The Manufactured Housing Composite gained .70 percent to close at 1148.
