The NASDAQ nudged up 0.53 percent, +26.19 points to close at 4,968.71.
The S&P 500 added +0.49 percent, +10.28 points, to close at 2,109.41.
Meanwhile, the Yahoo Manufactured Housing Composite Value (MHCV) nudged up +0.88 percent to finish at 1429. Active MH-related stocks closed mixed or even. Louisiana Pacific Corp. advanced the most, gaining +2.51 percent, +0.45 points, to close at $18.35. Equity Lifestyle Properties fell the most of tracked stocks, -2.33 percent, -1.72 points, to end the day at $72.13.
