MHCV values went down. Most of the manufactured housing stocks we track went down. Exception was LPX-  up 2.47%.

Reuters tells MHProNews that although stocks have reached near to a five-month high, Greek talks keep the markets edgy. Global shares hit their highest since September.  

Marketwatch says that although the U.S. economy is adding jobs at the fastest clip since the end of the last century, Americans are not shopping like it’s 1999. Sales at U.S. retail stores fell in January for the second straight month, and even if gasoline purchases are stripped out, consumers aren’t exactly ringing up the cash registers, except to buy two major necessities – health care and housing.
