The Dow gained 67.39 points to end the day at 12,086.02.  Nobility Homes lost 3.39 percent, Skyline Corp. was down 1.97 percent, Cavco lost .28 percent  and Deer Valley was again unchanged.  The Manufactured Housing Composite dropped 1.07 percent to end the day at 1164.60.
