The Dow Jones Industrial Average slipped -0.42 percent, -77.80 points, to close at 18,517.23.

The NASDAQ also slipped -0.31 percent, -16.03 points to finish at 5,073.90.

The S&P 500 nudged down -0.36 percent, -7.85 points, to close at 2,165.17.

Meanwhile, the Yahoo Manufactured Housing Composite Value (MHCV) edged down -2.01 percent to end at 1388.7. MH-related stocks closed mixed or even, although Third Avenue Value Institutional moved up +0.91 percent as the top gainer, +0.46 points, to end the session at $20.42. Universal Forest Products Inc. slipped the most of tracked stocks, -0.93 percent, -2.31 points to end the day at $50.86.
