As the nuclear crisis in Japan comes under more control, the Dow gained 178 points to top the twelve thousand mark and close at 12,036.53.  Cavco gained 3.69 percent, and Skyline Corp. was up 2.70 percent.  Nobility Homes and Deer Valley were unchanged.  The Manufactured Housing Composite gained 2.98 percent to end the day at 1186.90.
