The Dow began the week on an up note, as technology stocks pushed the Dow up 108.98 points to close at 12,043.56. The Manufactured Housing Composite also closed up, gaining .82 percent to close at 1098.60, but housing stocks closed mixed. MSCI gained 1.90 percent, Skyline Corporation moved up 1.70 percent, Cavco Industries rose 1.15 percent and Sun Communities gained .52 percent. Nobility Homes lost 5.45 percent, Palm Harbor Homes fell 4.65 percent and ELS dropped .19 percent. Deer Valley remained flat.
