The Dow survived a sharp drop earlier in the day and recovered lost ground upon good news from Greece’s faltering economy, but still closed down 59.67 points to end the day at 12,050.00. Housing stocks were mixed. The Manufactured Housing Composite gained 6.68 percent to close at 1072.40. Skyline Corporation spiked up 11.76 percent and Cavco Industries gained 5.76 percent. ELS lost 3.34 percent, Sun Communities fell 2.88 percent, Nobility Homes was down 1.97 percent and MSCI dropped 1.24 percent. Palm Harbor Homes and Deer Valley remained flat.
