CNNMoney said “Thank You, Janet Yellen“ after the Federal Reserve’s president announced interest rates will not rise following the Fed’s two day meeting, causing the three major indexes to surge. The Dow Jones Industrial Average shot up +227.11, +1.27 percent to end over 18k at 18,076.19. The NASDAQ gained 45.39 points, +0.92 percent to finish at 4,982.83, while the S&P 500 gained +25.22 points, +1.22 percent to close at 2,099.50.

The Yahoo! Finance Manufactured Housing Composite Value did not feel the joy as it slipped slightly, -0.44%, to end the day at 614.1, while stocks we cover related to the manufactured housing industry closed mostly up. Nobility Homes gained the most +4.88 percent, followed by Cavco with a +2.97 percent gain. None of the tracked stocks lost over -0.69 percent.
