MHProNews has learned that the stockholders of Drew Industries, Inc. (NYSE:DW) have voted two new members to its board of directors. Frank Crespo and Kieran O’Sullivan will be joining James Gero, Jason Lippert, Leigh Abrams, Frank Hegi, David Reed, Jack Lowe and Brendan Deely.
Crespo is Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer of Caterpillar, Inc., a major manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, industrial gas turbines and diesel electric locomotives. Previously, he served in the same positions for Honeywell, Inc., according to marketwatch. Caterpillar’s main office is in Peoria, Illinois.
Sullivan is Chairman, CEO and president of CTS Corporation, a designer and manufacturer of a variety of electronic components, sensors and actuators for the automotive, medical, communications, industrial, defense and computer industries. CTS is headquartered in Elkhart, Indiana, as is Drew.
Drew provides components to the manufactured housing and recreational vehicle industries from 41 facilities in North America through its wholly-owned subsidiary Lippert Components, Inc. ##
