With 15 homes already committed, OMHA anticipates 20 or more fully furnished and landscaped homes for display to the public. 26 indoor exhibitors from all over the country have already purchased exhibit booth space including lenders, MH communities, retailers and service/suppliers. Local businesses and organizations throughout eastern Ohio have also asked for booth space and other show involvement. Indoor booth space is limited to 40 booths. Interested exhibitors should register soon to ensure availability.
The Show will consist of an Industry/Dealer Day open to those in the Manufactured/Modular industry, local and state officials and community leaders followed by a three day Public Show. Homebuyer lending and education seminars for the public as well as industry seminars regarding business opportunities in the Utica Shale region, government and industry lending programs are scheduled. The Public will have the opportunity to purchase homes and pre-qualify for loans (consistent with state/federal lending regulations) at the Show.
The MAPS Air Field Museum has graciously waived the $8 admission fee during Show days and will provide public tour guides for the numerous military aircraft and museum exhibits. OMHA anticipates 3,000-5,000 or more visitors during the show as extensive radio, print, internet, social media & billboard advertising along with live remote radio broadcasts, mass flyer/ticket distribution and exciting giveaways are planned.
