The San Jose Business Journal reports that modular home builder Eco Offsite has gone from zero revenue to $1 million in six months. According to the report, the company is set to increase that to $4 million next year. According to the website, Eco Offsite offers a full suite of design and building services including modular, panelized and stick-built construction. The company works directly with customers, architects, and builders to move ideas from concept to move-in. Completed and planned homes include everything from a bungalow in Palo Alto, California to a modern home in Emeryville outside of San Francisco. The company also produces an Inspired In-Law unit for aging seniors.
