A super energy efficient modular house from Swiss housing firm Nuhaus will be showcased at the BRE Innovation Park in Watford, England at the Insite 13 exhibition Oct. 2, 2013. The two semi-detached two-story houses are aimed at the affordable housing market, and can be fully erected in one day. In addition to super insulated panels, the homes feature an air source heat pump and mechanical heat-recovery ventilation, according to greenwisebusiness.co.uk. As MHProNews has learned, BRE is the UK sustainable building innovation and certification body, similar to the LEED Certification in the U.S.
