MHProNews.com has learned from Joe Kelly, executive vice-president of the Iowa Manufactured Housing Association (IMHA), that the Iowa Legislature is considering House Study Bill (HSB) 638, which would provide for the creation of first-time home-buyer savings accounts. First-time manufactured home purchasers, whether in real estate applications or in communities, would be eligible for the program.
