MHProNews has learned that MHRE Manufactured Housing Group arranged the sale of 278-home site Heartland Estates manufactured home community (MHC) in Haines City, Fla. to Murex Properties of Fort Lauderdale, a nationwide owner and manager of MHCs.
The 55+restricted community boasts a 5,000 sq ft clubhouse with a veranda overlooking the heated pool and Lake Hester, featuring a ballroom, fitness center, kitchen, library, billiards, shuffleboard and horseshoes.
While the selling price was undisclosed, the 39.13 acre home site community has an occupancy rate of 98 percent with average rent of $275.
