FollettUSA recently announced its newest key team member, Jonathan Harrison. The company announced recently Harrison joined as a Partner and works in conjunction with Erik Rollain, Senior Vice President and Director of Acquisitions. Harrison’s core focus is acquisitions in order to continue the expansion of FollettUSA’s National portfolio. The company notes Harrison has 24 years of extensive experience as a real estate investment broker and a proven track record. Prior to joining FollettUSA, Harrison worked at Marcus & Millichap in both their Tucson and San Diego offices. He has closed more than $555,000,000 in transactions around the nation in his career and most recently sold a 1,150 space manufactured housing community in Middleborough, MA. FollettUSA currently owns 25 manufactured home communities in 12 states with approximately 6,500 home sites and says it is aggressively seeking to purchase new communities nationwide and anticipates adding an additional 6,000 home sites over the next three years.
