Harking back to a story that began in 2006 when Garden Homes Management Corp. first proposed a 124 site MHC in Oxford, Conn. that has been stymied by numerous hearings, commissions, courts, and studies, the Stamford, Conn. developer is appealing a ruling by the Inland Wetlands Agency that the development falls under their jurisdiction. The Republican American reports Garden Homes filed the appeal Nov. 16 asking for the agency’s decision to be overturned. As MHProNews has learned, the company submitted a revised plan in July 2012 asking the agency to determine that its project is not subject to agency regulations.
