Owners of manufactured homes (MH) in Chenango County, New York may be eligible for assistance in making improvements to their homes. According to evesun.com, with 25 percent of county residents living in MH, the $400,000 grant could go a long way in helping people make repairs who otherwise could not afford it. As Donna Jones, Director of the Chenango County Planning Department, tells MHProNews, “This is a very much needed grant for our area that will help rehabilitate manufactured homes across the county and help a lot of people.” ##
