ParkingNetwork tells MHProNews.com private equity real estate investment firm Green Courte Partners announces the appointment of Marnie Helfand as managing director. Having joined Green Courte in 2008 as a senior associate, she was promoted to Vice President, Capital Markets in 2009, and in her new post she will lead the company’s Capital Markets and Investor Relations division. She contributed to the firm’s acquisitions of The Parking Spot in 2011 and American Land Lease, Inc. in 2009. Ms Helfand also was involved in the company’s recently closed third fund, Green Courte Real Estate Partners III, LLC, which closed in the fall of last year with $406.9 million of capital commitments. Green Courte also announces the appointments of Jordan T. Kerger as vice president in the acquisitions department, with greater responsibility for managing acquisitions personnel activities; and Tom E. Jasica as vice president will have increased responsibility managing fund-level financial reporting and forecasting. Green Courte’s LLC portfolio includes 18,000 home sites comprising 48 communities in ten states.
