Lake Forest, Illinois, April 5, 2011 – Green Courte Partners, LLC announced today that Jane E. Mody has joined the firm as Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer. In response to Green Courte’s rapid growth over the past several years, the firm has split the leadership of its financial function into two roles – a Chief Financial Officer and a Chief Accounting Officer. Existing Managing Director, Mike Tarkington, as the firm’s Chief Accounting Officer will retain responsibility for all accounting, audit and tax functions.
Ms. Mody has enjoyed a successful 35-year career in real estate that has included senior roles in a number of public and private companies such as Crescent Real Estate Equities Company (NYSE: CEI), Silverstone Capital Group, LLC, Pacific Retail Trust and Rosewood Property Company.
