Lake Forest, Illinois, June 23, 2011 – Green Courte Partners, LLC (Green Courte”) announced today that Keith A. Bawolek has joined the firm as Managing Director, Parking Acquisitions with responsibility for leading Green Courte’s parking acquisition activities.
Mr. Bawolek has enjoyed a successful 30-year career in real estate with a number of public and private companies including senior roles with Equity Group Investments, Inc. and its affiliates. Mr. Bawolek was involved in the acquisition of over $500 million of parking properties when he was employed by Equity Capital Holdings in the mid-1990s. Since leaving Equity at the end of 1999, Mr. Bawolek has been active in real estate development and parking advisory services through ECI Investment Advisors, Inc., a company he co-founded in 2000.
