Representative Keith Ellison (D-MN) introduced H. R. 3275 on July 29, 2015 to authorize the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to issue funding to owners of manufactured homes for the replacement of those homes with Energy Star-rated manufactured or modular homes, as MHProNews has learned from popvox. According to wikipedia commons, in 2006 12 percent of all new housing in the U. S. was Energy Star. ##
