HUD News tells MHProNews that on Wednesday, January 21, at 9:15 a.m. EST, U.S. Housing and Urban Development Secretary Julián Castro will join Zillow’s Chief Economist Stan Humphries for a fireside chat. The event will take place at the Newseum in Washington, D.C.

Secretary Castro will take questions from a live audience as well as the social media community using the #HousinginAmerica hashtag.

During this chat, Secretary Castro will discuss the Administration’s most recent housing initiatives and answer a variety of questions about responsible homeownership, the decision to buy versus rent, and the resources available to first-time homebuyers ready to enter the market. ##
